I quote below one paragraph from a letter received to-day from Father Ryan.

"This is a postscript to my letter of a week ago, and it is about fish. It is galling to read about the conference on the development of South-East Asia going on in London with not a single mention of the one great British colonial development scheme possible east of Malaya."
